Ranked #1

After a month of SEO when Incubation Studios is searched it comes back as the #1 result. Not only is it the first result but half of the first ten results point to one of our company sites! This is something we have been working on and perseverance has paid off. I would also like to say that I hope to update you soon on the direction that the for-benefit arts advocacy campaign is heading.

Arts Advocacy "for-benefit" Campaign

I have great news to report...We are getting closer and closer to getting our first "for-benefit" marketing campaign off the ground. A campaign for an art contest to help raise awareness and help a local coffee shop market their story is being presented to the board of the NHAAE this week. The president has said it sounds interesting and would be back in touch later this week. We are very excited to be very close to helping tell the story of the local coffee shop, and promote and raise awareness of the importance of arts education.

"For-Benefit"

What is a "for-benefit" company, or as some are beginning to call the "fourth sector" you may ask? Well aside form this being exactly what Incubation Studios is. It is a big movement be it one that is just getting started, to spawn new companies that are either run by non-profits for profit or companies that are getting involved with the helping of non-profits. In the example of Incubation Studios we every campaign is centered around a non-profit and in the end gives back to these non-profits. Which is why we consider ourselves "for-benefit". I was excited to see an article run in this past Sundays NYT that discussed these new corporate hybrids. As we are doing with our current campaign with the New Hampshire alliance for Arts Education [NHAAE]. We are trying to help bring the message of the importance of art and arts education in children. With non-profits struggling all over the country new approaches need to be taking and this seems to be a very promising course. I will not forget my board meeting with the Alliance, "Well we have never worked with a marketing company before."

The Mimo's are coming.

I was reading an article in the The Boston Globe the other day about Mimoco. So I visited Mimico.com, and was plunged into the world of Mimo Bots of the planet Blooh in Galaxy 4210. These ar e artistic USB Flash Drives that are artistic. They are produced in limited quanities by varying artist. If not for the fact that you can say my USB drive could kick the crap out of yours, there is also the collectibilty of them. This little artistic device pulls from two different groups. This product has the story built right into it. On top of the story you are sure to get questions about them. This product has all the pieces of being very viral, ACHOOO.
